I had approached NA Law, Najma Ali, for our company's Tier 2 sponsorship application. She and her team were pretty professional, asking the right questions and answering the queries with due thought during the process. They supported us with all necessary documentation to file the application. There was a necessity to file the application a second time but they were not at fault. They helped us on it for no fee and we incurred no additional charges for the same which went through successfully.

NA Law assisted with the extension of my wife's British Residence Permit. This was a complex process, the outcome of which was in doubt. I contacted their principal, Najma Ali out of the blue from a Google search, and she gave us a good deal of help and valuable advice before I had even appointed her firm. Her quotation was more than reasonable compared with the previous solicitors we had used, and, although the amount of work turned out to be significantly more than originally anticipated, she stuck to her quote and achieved a successful result. Indeed, her presentation of the application was so comprehensive, that the Home Office granted the extension far more quickly than is the norm. Najma was patient, proficient, and professional. She contacted me on several occasions out of hours and at weekends in order to meet the deadline, and inspired confidence. She did everything that was promised. Even if, for reasons beyond her control, the application had not been successful, I would not hesitate to employ her again. In fact, I have since employed her on another matter, and envisage continuing to do so in the foreseeable future.

The first time we applied to employ a computer scientist on a Tier 2 Visa we were rejected by the Home Office. It took eight weeks to get to that verdict. In hindsight, we really weren't clear on the amount & clarity of the documentation needed to get approval. With NA Law, though, we achieved acceptance in 6 weeks from our first phone call, plus an A rating from the Home Office, simplifying the process even further for us.

The NA Law team was great to work with. No nonsense, trustworthy, proactive, super-efficient & excellent value for money. I wholeheartedly recommend them to you if you have immigration (or other) challenges you need to apply legal expertise to.
