Indicative fees and charging information for NA Law Solicitors. We provide a written scope and fee estimate before work begins.

VAT and disbursements: Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. Home Office fees, Immigration Health Surcharge, court or tribunal fees, translation fees, expert reports, counsel fees and courier charges are not included unless expressly confirmed in writing.

How we price work: Many matters can be quoted as a fixed fee after we have reviewed the facts. More complex or urgent matters may be charged on an hourly or staged basis.

Immigration applications and advice

Complex immigration application, refusal response or urgent representation Typically from £2,500 to £7,500 + VAT Strategy, evidence review, legal representations and advice on next steps.
Sponsor licence application and Skilled Worker employer support Typically from £2,500 to £7,500 + VAT Employer eligibility advice, document review, application preparation, worker sponsorship strategy and agreed Home Office correspondence.
Sponsor licence compliance audit, suspension or revocation work Typically from £2,500 to £15,000 + VAT Audit, urgent risk review, Home Office response strategy, evidence review, written representations and compliance action planning.
Illegal working civil penalty objection or sponsor-linked compliance defence Typically from £2,500 to £15,000 + VAT Notice review, statutory excuse analysis, mitigation evidence, objection or PAP strategy, written representations and related sponsor licence risk advice.

MOT testing station and VT01 work

VT01 D2 solicitor confirmation letter £750 + VAT Review of the agreed entity, occupation, permitted-use, exclusive-area and planning evidence, followed by a supported solicitor letter where the evidence gate is met.
Early planning and lease review before committing to a site £350 + VAT Preliminary legal review of the proposed occupation and planning documents, with identified evidence gaps and next steps.
Wider VT01 application or variation support Quoted after review Route confirmation, document audit, agreed form support, D2 work where applicable and DVSA correspondence within the written scope.
Independent CAD drawings where the current VT01 requires D3 material Independent provider fee quoted and approved separately NA Law can arrange and coordinate an independent technical provider. The provider is responsible for measurements and drawings; DVSA decides technical compliance.

Employment tribunal work

Settlement agreement advice Typically from £350 to £750 + VAT Advice on terms, signing certificate and limited negotiation where agreed.
Unfair dismissal or wrongful dismissal claim or defence Typically from £3,000 to £15,000 + VAT depending on complexity and hearing length Advice, pleadings, disclosure, witness evidence, preparation and representation strategy. Advocacy may be quoted separately.

Debt recovery up to £100,000

Letter before action From £250 + VAT Initial review and preparation of a formal demand letter.
Issuing an undisputed debt claim Typically from £750 to £2,500 + VAT, plus court fees Claim preparation, issue and basic procedural steps where the matter remains undisputed.
Disputed debt, defended claim or enforcement advice Quoted after review Strategy, evidence review, pleadings, settlement advice and enforcement options.

Factors that may affect the fee

The final fee depends on urgency, document volume, language or translation needs, number of parties, Home Office or tribunal deadlines, whether the matter is disputed, whether previous refusals or compliance concerns exist and whether additional advocacy or specialist evidence is required.

We will confirm the scope, likely timescale and fee basis before starting substantive work.
