How NA Law achieved a successful Tier 1 Application – within a month!
The client was a South Asian national working in East Asia and had a complex travel history. He approached us very close to the end of the Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa; this meant that we had to compile the documentation and submit his application on a priority basis. Despite the time constraint we strove to provide the best service.
We gathered extensive documentation in a short amount of time and provided the client with thorough feedback. We ensured document compliance from foreign institutions including banks and law firms in the client’s country of residence. Additionally, we prepared very detailed legal representations outlining how the client’s background, education and work history demonstrated his suitability for this visa route.
The Tier 1 Visa has had a high rate of refusal; therefore, in order to ensure a strong case, we thought of unique but identifiable ways to prove that the client was a genuine entrepreneur.
A very important aspect of the visa application is the genuine entrepreneur interview. We helped the client prepare for it by conducting mock interviews and ensuring the answers were consistent with the business plan. As a result, the Home Office was very happy with the client at the interview. In fact, they were interested in his services, and made implications about working in collaboration with the client for Home Office systems.
The visa was granted in the space of a month which is considered a very short time. The client was extremely satisfied with the result and is now preparing to travel to the UK to carry out his business venture.
